How do I clean the heart diffuser?

Since this is a single piece of glass, you can clean it just like any other bong. Remove the glass from the electronic base, soak it in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol to dissolve the reclaim, rinse thoroughly with warm water, and let it dry completely before reattaching.

Does it come with the electronic base?

No. This product is the glass attachment only. You must own a Puffco Peak or Peak Pro device to use this product.
