Good customer service

I've bought several Cookies vapes in the past. This time I happened to get one that didn't work correctly. The customer service team got me a new battery sent out quickly, were very courteous, and did a great job communicating with me. Much appreciated.

Great Pen for a Great Price

Good quality pen especially for the price. Also customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. They made a loyal customer out of me after just one purchase. For those wondering, I contacted customer service because pen was the wrong color, but again great pen and great customer service.
