A pod vaporizer, also known as a pod mod or vape pod, is a type of vaping device that uses a 'pod' instead of a traditional vape tank. The pod serves the same function as a vape tank, holding the coil and e-liquid. They are one sealed unit, with some models having non-replaceable coils, while others come pre-filled with vape juice.

How do you use a pod vaporizer?

Using a pod vaporizer involves a few simple steps:

  1. Charge Your Device: Before you start vaping, ensure your device is fully charged. Most pod vapes come with a USB charger that you can plug into a computer or wall adapter.

  2. Fill or Insert the Pod: If you have a refillable pod, you'll need to fill it with e-liquid. Simply locate the fill port (usually on the side or bottom of the pod), remove the plug, and carefully pour in your e-liquid up to the maximum fill line. If your device uses pre-filled pods, all you have to do is insert the pod into the device.

  3. Turn On the Device: Most pod vapes have a button that you press five times rapidly to turn the device on or off. Some devices are draw-activated, meaning they turn on when you inhale.

  4. Adjust Settings If Available: Some pod vapes allow you to adjust the power level or airflow. Check your device's manual for specific instructions.

  5. Inhale From the Mouthpiece: Once everything is set, you can start vaping. Simply take a draw from the mouthpiece. If your device has a firing button, you'll need to hold this down as you inhale.
