Does it actually write?
No. While it looks exactly like a highlighter, the "tip" is actually the mouthpiece for the vape. It does not contain ink and cannot be used for writing.
How do I change the voltage?
The control button is hidden on the bottom of the device. Press it 3 times to cycle through the 5 voltage settings. The LED indicator will change color to show which setting you are on.
