Over all I think it's close on the value of the items to the value they actually cost on the site. It you like surprises this is for you. They was a very nice dab rig.

Could be faster

The site said free shipping on orders over $50 but after ordering and inquiring about the free shipping I was told the subscription box wasn’t included. I felt a little bamboozled but it’s cool. They messaged me back rather quickly I think it took like two days. But then I was having another issue. My package I order took over a month to get here and the tracking was messed up so I had no idea where my package was or when it would get to me. When the package finally came I wasn’t disappointed, the glass piece was absolutely SIIICK! So I re upped and got another, This time I liked everything that came in the box except for the glass piece That came broke (not their fault) I emailed them about it and after 2 days of reviewing my claim they let me know I had a replacement coming ASAP. I unfortunately didn’t get a tracking number which would have been nice. Overall I’d give KushKargo a 4/5. Hopefully some of this honest criticism will help the company in the future. And help others deciding to buy the box.

I loved everything I finally

I loved everything I finally received after being charged twice. The Mario/Luigi rig is wicked but the second dab rig (with the turtle which I loved instantly) came with a broken base.

I don't always get my shipments without having to call and ask for them

I signed up for the First Class Combo Cargo Kit about 6 months ago and since then , I have had to call twice because my deliveries were never sent us. I order this package as an incentive program for the employees I oversee in my company and this makes thing especially difficult when I do not get my shipment. Also worth noting, while I am satisfied overall with the quality of items I receive, it seems as though the first purchase had significantly better glass inside than the following deliveries. For example, the first box I received had a 3' glass bong with ash catcher & honeycomb percolators - the last delivery I received a silicone Ice cream cone bowl. I am keeping my subscription though because, again, I am overall satisfied with the quality of product and the ease of having a monthly reoccurring delivery (when I don't have to call to ask about it's delivery) Thanks for hearing my feedback, sorry its not all perfect!
